Missing FCD entry on Devcloud nodes 81-87

I am having the same problem. Even running clinfo returns the following:

Number of platforms 2

Platform Name Intel(R) FPGA Emulation Platform for OpenCL(TM)

Platform Name Intel(R) OpenCL

Platform Name Intel(R) FPGA Emulation Platform for OpenCL(TM)

Number of devices 1

Device Name Intel(R) FPGA Emulation Device

Platform Name Intel(R) OpenCL

Number of devices 1

Device Name Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 6128 CPU @ 3.40GHz

I can't see the intel arria 10 FPGA on the fpgaruntime nodes, it shows only emulation and CPU platforms!
