Max7000 replacement with TTL IOs

Hi,

I am looking for something like the max7000 FPGA's that has TTL (5v) input / outputs levels on all pins, as I will be interfacing with analog device and TTL logic. I have had too many issues with other FPGA's, that do not have the protection input diodes, I also need access PLL's within the device and standard logic blocks.

I am currently using the EPM7064 devices, and looking some to upgrade to that is of the same type, it seems that protection input diodes are not that common these days.
