L-and H-tile Avalon Streaming Stratix 10 PCI Express Hard IP Root Port issue
- 4 years ago
Hi,
Intel Stratix 10 is not supported Root Port design in the latest version.
https://www.intel.com/programmable/technical-pdfs/683361.pdf
and 1SG280-S1 (1SG280LU3F50E3VGS1) has been removed starting Quartus Prime Pro edition 18.0 above. (refer release note)
Seems that currently, we do not have any workaround if the user needs to use the Root Port design using the stated device.
My suggestion is , if your business has reason enough to justify that Intel PSG shall invest in providing RootPort design for Stratix 10 device, I do suggest you to work with your representative FAE/sales to submit this features request.
Do apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.
Regards,
Wincent_Intel

As I have told you earlier, I have Intel Stratix 10 GX development kit (1SG280LU3F50E3VGS1) and my requirement is to use L-and H-tile Avalon Streaming Stratix 10 PCI Express Hard IP as Root Port for my design, so please suggest which Quartus version I have to use?
