About A10 PAC development, I need some user manuals. But I can't find them.

1. How to design the DLA custom primitives. Where can I find the development manual?
2. What is design method of OpenCL keneral? I means the code style and also where can I find the usage of each keneral?
3. About custom primitives and custom OpenCL kenerals, how can I merge them into the OpenVINO tools? Is there any restrictions?
