I want a sample program of FPGA (Cyclone IV) for a three-phase inverter. I could not find the sample program in the home page. Do you have the sample program? Or how do I find it?

URL provided in attached file will work on Quartus version 14.1 & later, it`s clearly mentioned in installation package description, also mentioned that download design templates from Design store.
