I am trying to build an application with Quartus II 32 bit and am not able to get started. Have error: 293001 Quartus II Full Compilation was unsuccessful. 3 errors, 1 warning

Can u provide the specific error that you were seeing? Also, can you update your quartus to the latest one if the device allowed?
