How to generate the IP for a HLS component labelled with hls_always_run_component?

I am doing an image processing project with FPGA HLS method. Now I need to generate an IP for a component which is labelled with hls_always_run_component to make this component works continuously frame by frame. I am not sure how to write the command prompt command to generate IP. What in the screenshot in the command I tried, but it seems it is stuck in this step. Could anyone help me? Thanks.

    Hi,

    I was not able to replicate the scenario. Can please provided more information on tool version (Quartus and visual studio)used if possible provided the .cpp file too.

    try after cleaning the project directory or by using latest version quartus

    Used Quartus 18.1 pro with same command which successfully generated IP file.
