How to generate .gbs file?

How can i generate .gbs file from .rbf?

    Do you have access to the example designs? An example the .json file is included with each example. For you own AFU, you need you own specific .json file to config the various interfaces in the FIM.

    I saw that with packager I can generate .gbs file using .rbf and .json, but, how can I get .json file?
