How do you install oneAPI FPGA for a custom platform?

Question

I want to use my 19.4 Quartus BSP with oneAPI FPGA Toolkit. Apparently, there is support for custom boards with beta6. However, there is no documentation, as far as I can see, on how to set it up. I am using a De10-Pro with a Stratix 10...
