How can I download .OLB file of Cyclone V SE 5CSEMA5

Question

I want to download .OLB file of Cyclone V SE 5CSEMA5 for making adapted PCB with orCAD caputure.

I found the page listing .OLB file of each chip below

But I can't download it. If I click the .OLB file, located on right of the chip name, then strange corrupted file is opened on the browser(chrome).

I want to open that information on orCAD program. How can I download it first?
