    Thanks Noah. Please install Quartus 23.1lite, then add HLS as an 'upgrade', paying attention to step 3 of the Getting Started Guide. Make sure you remove/rename any version of HLS that exists in 23.1lite; I spoke with some people in engineering and the error you're seeing might appear if HLS 24.1 pro happens to pick up the libraries from HLS 23.1std.

I am having the same problem as well. I installed Quartus Prime Lite 23.1 and HLS Compiler Pro 24.1 following the upgrade guide. 


Is there any detailed log file I could refer to fix this unresolved problem?

Hi haffizrafi,

 

Good new which Altera has release a new version of HLS compiler which are more robust.

Perhaps you can try out the tools by following the Gettings Started guide (https://docs.altera.com/r/docs/683680/24.1/altera-high-level-synthesis-compiler-pro-edition-getting-started-guide/discontinuation-of-the-intel-hls-compiler)

Please do let us know if any issues by posting in the Acceleration board.
