'Found more than one suitable' error while running fpgaconf

I'm using intel cloud ssh-iam.intel-research.net for using arria 10 pac. I'm able to generate the bitstream using qsub-synth.

While executing on the fpga using fpgaconf <bitstream> i'm getting the following error:

Found more than one suitable slot, please be more specific.
