[Fix Error Request] Arria10 Pac Download Contents in Inter webpage doesn't downloaded.

Hello I want to request Fix Error or suggest solution, About dose not Downloaded Contents issue.

I tried downloading OPAE Tools on the intel web page. But It Does Not download.(https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/products/boards_and_kits/dev-kits/altera/acceleration-card-arria-10-gx/getting-started.html)

We need two Downloads contents.

- Acceleration Stack for Runtime

- Software Update 1

I tried different computers and different internet browsers, Internet Explorer and chrome. Not only My account but also others had the same problem.

Except Acceleration Stack for Development, others Downloads couldn't download. I think there are some errors in the web page. Someone had been fix this issue?
