Error enumerating AFCs: no driver available -- fpga_runtime nodes

Hello, I'm having trouble running designs on fpga_runtime nodes. No matter what design I run (whether it is new or I have had it working before), I get the following output:

Error enumerating AFCs: no driver available
Error enumerating AFCs: no driver available
Error enumerating AFCs: no driver available
Error enumerating AFCs: no driver available
Segmentation fault

There seems to be some issue with the fpga drivers, I'm not sure if this is something I can fix on my end? I've had this issue on the DevCloud before, but usually after a day I reconnect and it's fixed. This has been happening for 3 days now. Please help! Thanks.
