Does vlab support i++ (Intel HLS compiler) ? If not, is there a way it can be installed on vlab cluster

I think my question is in reference to the Intel provided academic cluster (https://wiki.intel-research.net/FPGA.html). I can find quartus 17.1 already installed on it but not i++ . Is there a way I can access/ raise a request to install i++ on this particular cluster.
