difference in using Intel Quartus Prime Pro and Intel oneAPI add on for FPGA

Hi,

May I know what is the difference in using Intel Quartus Prime Pro and Intel oneAPI add on for FPGA.I know using intel oneAPI add on for FPGA, one can use DPC++ at the design entry level. I want to know if using intel oneAPI add on for FPGA has any functional limitations in FPGA design.

Thank you.

  • Hi @student1,

Thank you for posting in Intel community forum and hope all is well.
There should not be any function limitation on the FPGA add-on for OneAPI, in addition to that it comes with the oneAPI BSP which might be handy.
    Hope that answer your doubts.
