Difference between using intel Stratix 10 FPGA card and using intel Stratix 10 FPGA  with intel PAC

Hi, May I know what is the difference between using intel Stratix 10 FPGA card and using intel Stratix 10 FPGA with intel PAC in terms of speed of computation. Thank you.

The BMC is used for Root of Trust to protect your cloud server from hacking and also use to monitor the board power and temperature.
