bonjour, J’ai besoin d’un projet avec la carte cyclone II avec NIOS ; J’en serai très reconnaissant si quelqu’un peux m’aider ( de préférence en implémentant une image grâce au port VGA ) Merci .

We do not have the exact example for Cyclone II but you can follow the MAX 10's example design and port it/ create a new one based on the MAX 10's design here:

I see that demo projects for Terasic Cyclone II Boards DE2-35 and DE-2-70 are still provided on the web site. The resource CD includes a VGA Video controller.
