Can't reconnect to devcloud

I have followed the instruction for connecting to devcloud (https://github.com/intel/FPGA-Devcloud/tree/master/main/Devcloud_Access_Instructions#6.1-Opening-Port-for-Graphics-Usage-in-X2Go), namely section 6.

After connecting, it was not possible to configure the graphical interface, since the system did not allow me to exit the selected item (Figures 1-3).

A few days later, I am no longer allowed to connect using the "ssh devcloud" command (picture below). I did not change any settings.
