Can't find Quartus prime lite 21.1 Modelsim_ase\win32aloem file

Due to no this file, so CAN'T do the timing simulation. Can someone let me out? Thanks.

    Hello guy

    I had followed this video step by step to get a license file and set the LM_LICENSE_FILE variable, and also set the license file path, and also done the Tools license setup, but the Quartus system still CAN'T get the license file.

    It seems many tricky.
