Can Intel OPAE work with Stratix V FPGA's?

Hi,

I have a StratixV acceleration card connected to my pc motherboard through PCIe. I was wondering whether I could utilise OPAE to interface my FPGA and CPU? The documentation mentions the ARRIA 10 GX primarily but both the ARRIA 10 GX and StratixV have PCIe gen3 and similar link widths on the hardware IP level.
