Solved

Banned after saving a quartus project.

So, I finished making a quartus project along with platform designer project. After a while, I shut it down and exit the ssh shell suddenly I got an email Intel® DevCloud Account Deactivation Notice....

    Before 2 days ago, even if I went to that website, it instructed me to register. But when I tried registering it said there's already an account connected to my email, thus I can't get a new key.

    So, I emailed fpgauniversity@intel.com again regarding this issue and they get back to me. After that I can register again, and the problem is solved.
