Sheng, Thank you for the document, spells it out nicely what I was doing wrong, I still don't have it working yet, but it is definitely my issue so far (I'll update if that changes). Can you please send me a link to 14.1.1 B190? The 14.1.0 B186 is not exactly the build used and is causing issues, it was my mistake asking for the incorrect version so sorry about that. Thanks Sheng for the link. The downloaded license generated for Discontinued – Intel® Quartus® II Software (License: SW-QUARTUS-WE-FIX)2026-03-24 from https://licensing.intel.com/psg/s/sales-signup-evaluationlicenses does not work.
