Why isn't the F-Tile Transceiver Toolkit visible when using the F-Tile PMA/FEC Direct PHY Multirate IP?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.4 and earlier, the Transceiver Toolkit is not visible when using the F-Tile PMA/FEC Direct PHY Multirate IP.

Resolution

This problem has been fixed starting from the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software 24.2.
