Why is the Transceiver or Ethernet Toolkit not shown in the system console window?

Description

Due to a problem in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.3 or 22.4, the Transceiver or Ethernet Toolkit might not be seen in the system console window. This only occurs in designs targetting the Intel® Stratix® 10 (E-Tile and H-Tile) devices and Intel Agilex® 7 (E-Tile).

Resolution

A patch is available to work around this problem for the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software versions 22.3 and 22.4.  Download and install patch 0.19 from the appropriate link below.
