Why does the Resource Usage Summary in the Quartus® II Fitter report show 0% for CRC Block usage, even if I have the CRC_ERROR function enabled?

Description

The Resource Usage Summary in the Quartus® II Fitter report is expected to show 0% for CRC Block usage if the CRC Error Detection block is not feeding user logic.
