Due to a problem in the R-Tile Avalon® Streaming Intel® FPGA IP for PCI Express* Debug Toolkit when using the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.4, the debug toolkit will fail to launch with the error message shown below:

Error in receiving data from the server. Please try again.

Resolution

To work around this problem when using the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.4, download and install the patch below:

Download and install patch 0.14 for the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.4.
