Why does the FPGA to SoC Bridge not work in my Intel Agilex® 7 SoC FPGA Design?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.3 and later, the FPGA to SOC bridge may not work correctly on Intel Agilex® 7 FPGA Engineering Sample (ES) devices.   

Resolution

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.4. Patch 0.02 for the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.4 is available to fix this problem.
