Why does the Configuration via Protocol (CvP) down stream driver fail to make cleanly when using Kernel version 5.6 or later with Stratix® 10 FPGA and all Agilex™ FPGAs?

Description

Due to problem in the CvP down stream driver, the CvP down stream driver fails to make cleanly with kernel version 5.6 or later.

For Linux Kernel version 5.6 or later, download and use the CvP driver from the following link:
