Why does the bas_axi_mm_rlast signal of the GTS AXI MCDMA IP not asserted on the final beat of a read burst?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 26.3 and earlier, the GTS AXI Multichannel DMA IP might fail to assert bas_axi_mm_rlast on the final beat of a multi-beat AXI read burst or may assert it on an earlier beat. This problem occurs in the Bursting Slave (BAS) read-response path for multi-beat PCIe completion, potentially causing an AXI protocol violation or an incorrectly terminated read burst.

Resolution

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus Prime Pro Edition software.
