Why can't some clock dividers be changed between profiles in the GTS Dynamic Reconfiguration Controller IP?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 25.1, the clock dividers can’t be changed from x2/x4 when the profiles are switched from one to another in the GTS Dynamic Reconfiguration Controller IP.
This is because there is a problem in the attribute declaration and an inconsistency in the volatile flag settings in the GTS Dynamic Reconfiguration Controller IP.

Resolution

This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 25.1.1.
