Why are DFE taps adapted values incorrect in the P-Tile Debug Toolkit ?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.2, the DFE tap values reported in the P-Tile Debug Toolkit are incorrect.
It is always -128 for DFE tap 1 and 0 for DFE tap2 to tap5.

Resolution

A patch is available to fix this problem for the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.2.

Download and install patch 0.23 from the following links:
