Where can I see Global Router Congestion Reports in Intel® Quartus® Prime Software version 19.1 and later?

Section 1.1. New Features and Enhancements in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software Version 19.1 Software and Device Support Release Notes says “Added Global Router Congestion Reports to show which nets contribute to routing congestions or no-routes.”  But the correct report name is Global Router Wire Utilization. 

The report can be accessed in Compilation Report > Fitter > Route Stage > Global Route.  This feature is available in Intel® Stratix® 10 devices and Intel Agilex® devices.
