Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.2 and earlier, you might see this error when the cascade_out port of an IOPLL FPGA IP is connected to logic other than the refclk port of another IOPLL.

Resolution

To work around this problem, do not connect the cascade_out port of an IOPLL IP is connected to logic other than the refclk port of another IOPLL.
