How do I change the eye viewer target BER to 1e-12 in P-Tile Debug Toolkit?

Description

When you are using the eye viewer of the P-Tile Debug Toolkit in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software v21.2 or 21.3, the default target BER is 1e-9  and cannot be changed by users.

Resolution

The target BER 1e-12 option will be enabled in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.1 onwards.
