Description

Due to a problem in the Windows version of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 18.1, you may see this error when you use Fixed-Point Function Intel® FPGA IP

in your project.

Resolution

To work around this problem, copy the file at location "C:\intelfpga_pro\18.1\quartus\dspba\Blocksets\BaseBlocks\windows64\dspip_recipes.dll" to this location "C:\intelfpga_pro\18.1\quartus\dspba\backend\windows64".

This problem has been fixed starting in the 18.1.1 version of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Editon software.
