The recommended speed grades in the Multi-Channel DMA Intel® FPGA IP for PCI Express* User Guide refer to the FPGA fabric speed grade.

The respective device datasheets can find the recommended transceiver speed grades for the Intel® Stratix® 10 and Intel Agilex® FPGA devices.
