University License for Stratix 10

I would like to get University License for Quartus 20.3 Pro for Stratix 10. This is the device I want to use during my engineering work. My promoter said that I need to get the license on my own, but I really don't know how to get it.

Is there somebody to tell me where I need to write an email or something?

    You can apply license by going to https://software.intel.com/en-us/fpga-academic/teach. and fill up the License Request Form. Only professors can make these requests, Intel University Program team will review your request and respond to you at soonest possible.
    If you have any question regarding University Program, drop an Email to psg.university@intel.com
    Our university team will help and answer your question.
