University License for Stratix 10

I would like to get University License for Quartus 20.3 Pro for Stratix 10. This is the device I want to use during my engineering work. My promoter said that I need to get the license on my own, but...

You can apply license by going to https://software.intel.com/en-us/fpga-academic/teach. and fill up the License Request Form. Only professors can make these requests, Intel University Program team will review your request and respond to you at soonest possible.
