What can hang the Cyclone-V system when the open("/dev/mem" , O_RDWR|O_SYNC) command is used?

Can you try the following commands separately and let us know the results

  1. open("/dev/mem",O_RDWR|O_DSYNC)

also

2. open("/dev/mem",O_RDONLY)
