Unable to build the preloader in windows 10

Hello Intel, I am wondering if there is a problem within the SOC EDS tool. I am not able to build preloader anymore. I found this link: https://www.intel.com/content/altera-www/global/en_us/index/...

    Hello,

    This is a known issue due to windows update that did affect the makefile of make command. We are still working to find a workaround for this issue.

    In the meantime, you can use /usr/bin/make instead of make to overcome this issue,
