Spectre Vulnerability Mitigation for Arria-10

Hello everyone!

Does anybody know if Cortex-A9 cores of Arria-10 SoC are affected by Spectre Variant 1 Vulnerability (CVE-2017-5753)? If yes, is there any example of protection implementation for non-Linux OS availble?
