SOC EDS 19.2 installer missing ?

Greeting,

We use QuartusPro 19.2 for A10SOC development. We want the matching "SOC EDS" to bring-up SOC ARM. but in intel download Center, it seems there're only SOC EDS 19.1 & 19.3 in link:

so question is: to match with our Quartus Pro 19.2 project, which SOC EDS should be aliged to be use ? 19.1 or 19.3 ?
