SOC computing evaluation

How to evaluate the TOPS for SOCs that integrated AI capabilities?

Are there uniform evaluation criteria?

Is the computing power evaluation kit MLPerf used?

So the TOPS of SOC is the result of a joint calculation of CPU, GPU, and NPU, or just NPU?
