The latest free release is Lite edition v18.1 , you may download from here http://fpgasoftware.intel.com/18.1/?edition=lite&download_manager=dlm3&platform=windows

Thanks. I use with the Quartus Software an programming adapter for parallel port. Is there a cheap programming adapter for USB? Waldemar
