I have a u-boot-with-spl.sfp and u-boot.scr that boots to Linux but then it reboots and few seconds later and repeats this. Is there a timer or something else that I need to clear?

1- which device are you using?

2- Which Quartus version?

3- Are you trying to boot linux or only uboot?

4- Is it development kit? or custom board?

5- Have you tried the pre-built image to boot linux?
