HPS_CLK1 FORCE VOLTAGE

Hi

we facing an issue when using Cyclone V SoC. on the HPS_CLK1 apear a constant Voltage of about 1V, so when connecting the Oscillator of 25Mhz to This Pin , the HPS_CLK1 foce its Voltage and cancle the Clock, and of course the HPS Not Functioning.

ill be happy to get some insights if someone know

    Hi,


    Are you using the custom board based on cyclone V device or cyclone V soc dev kit.
