How can I use weak pull-ups on HPS pins for SD card?

I enabled weak pull-ups for the HPS pins SDMMC_D0..D3 and SDMMC_CMD in the assignment editor of Quartus. With the new generated handoff files I built a new preloader for the hps. But I don't see any influence on the SD card pins by the pull-ups.

Did I something wrong?

I use a Cyclone V SX device with a connected SD card to the SDMMC interface.
