Eclipse displaying error during build and run

I am trying to build a calculator using the NIOS processor. The development kit is DE2-115 from Terasic. When I try to run a C code for a calculator using Eclipse, I get the following message in the console window. And there is no display on the LCD in the development kit. Can someone please help with this?
