ddr3 megawizard on cyclone V device

Hey everyone, Im trying to implement the DDR3 example from the megawizard in quartus 14.1 version. Im using the Cyclone V Soc development Suite. in the generation section Im getting those error...

Hey Adzim,

thank you for the fast answer.

Im using the Micron MT41K256M16HA -125 supplied by the Cyclone V Soc development suite.

the only parameter I changed is the speed grade = 8.
